Worship Song #1   Shine Jesus Shine - Graham Kendrick

Verse 1: Lord, the light of your love is shining
In the midst of the darkness, shining
Jesus, Light of the world, shine upon us
Set us free by the truth you now bring us
Shine on me, shine on me

Chorus: Shine, Jesus, shine
Fill this land with the Father's glory
Blaze, Spirit, blaze
Set our hearts on fire
Flow, river, flow
Flood the nations with grace and mercy
Send forth your word Lord, and let there be light

Verse 2: Lord, I come to your awesome presence
From the shadows into your radiance
By the blood I may enter your brightness
Search me, try me, consume all my darkness
Shine on me, shine on me

Verse 3: As we gaze on your kingly brightness
So our faces display your likeness
Ever changing from glory to glory
Mirrored here may our lives tell your story
Shine on me, shine on me

Hello and welcome! Whether you've just moved to the area, or have lived here all your life, we hope our website helps you to find out everything you want to know about King's Community Church.

We are a growing community church made up of people and families from all walks of life.

Paul Bowgett and Keith Donnelly are the Lead Pastors and we have a team of faithful Trustees who meet regularly to discuss the overall running of the Church. Our Trustees are Keith Donnelly, Malcolm Douglas and Esther Rowe. Paul Bowgett is also our Centre Manager at The Well.

We are very active in our local community. We run Teddy Tots our weekly baby and toddler group, Coffee & Chat our social once a month and the Bereavement Cafe.

Where & when does the church meet?

We meet at The Well every Sunday at 10.30am. Please use our carpark at the side of the building and feel free to double park there or please park along Kingston Crescent. Unfortunately the parking in St Martin's Court is for their residents only.

Our address details are:

What should I expect when I visit the church?

You will receive a very warm welcome and we do not sit in pews, instead we have comfy chairs which can easily be moved around for flexibility. We normally start with a time of uplifting worship music, followed by biblical teaching and sharing our faith in Jesus.

Tea and coffee refreshments are served after the service at around 12pm.

What happens to the children at church?

We have a Sunday school for the little ones, kids and teenagers, and they go out to their supervised groups just before the main word/sermon.

I have more questions, how can I get in touch and ask them.

Please feel free to contact us.

Everyone is welcome, come as you are, we would love to see you here one Sunday morning.
